Ex-Westlifer Shane Filan has told fans he might release his first solo single on his birthday next month.
The hunky singer, who turns 34 on July 5, held a Q&A with fans on Twitter yesterday.
When asked when he plans to release his new single he replied: “You’re gonna hear it early July, my birthday might be a good day 
#FilanFriday.”
And the crooner, who was famous for belting out the ballads during his time with Westlife, also revealed it won’t be a slushy love song.
He told his 250,000 followers the single would be an upbeat pop song and “not a ballad”.
