Shane Filan unveils 'Everything to Me' video

Former Westlife star Shane Filan has unveiled the music video for his debut solo single.

'Everything to Me' is released on August 25 through Capitol Records and serves as the lead track from his upcoming EP.
 

He wrote all four songs on the EP, working with co-writer Nick Atkinson and Grammy-winning producer Martin Terefe on 'Everything to Me'.
"I am incredibly excited to have joined Capitol Records, and being back in the studio in London and Nashville recording new songs has been amazing," Filan said.

"Working on solo material is something I had always dreamed of doing, and I'm incredibly happy with the results.
"'Everything to Me' is a very personal song to me lyrically. It is such an upbeat and optimistic record, perfect for the summer. I can't wait for people to hear it."
Writing on his official Twitter page earlier this afternoon (July 26), Filan explained to his followers that the wait was almost over: "Happy #FilanFriday!! Later today I can show you all the official video for #EverythingToMe... Lets get it trending!"

Details of Filan's debut solo album, which is due out later in the year, will be announced soon. The tracklisting of his EP is as follows:
