Westlife’s Shane Filan Delighted With Response To His Debut Track

Westlife fans rejoice – Shane Filan is back with his debut solo single!

The Sligo native gave his followers an exclusive listen to his new track, Everything to Me, on his YouTube account yesterday, and is revelling in the early support for the song.

Expressing his delight at the positive reactions to the song, Shane took to his Twitter account to thank his fans, telling them that he was ‘floored’ by the response.

And he couldn’t hold in his excitement this morning either it seems, as 2FM’s Ryan Tubridy spun the track. The father-of-three took to the social media network again to share his delight, writing: “Heard my song on the radio @Tubridy2FM this morning for the 1^st time..Kids were jumping around the room!! Looking forward to Friday Ryan!”

‘Everything to Me’ is one of four tracks that will appear on his EP, due out in August

Filan has been busy recording tracks in the US and UK for his debut album, and will include a further three songs on the Everything to Me EP when it is released in late August.
